MedPlaya Hotels award their employees for the innovative ideas
Innovation is part of the MedPlaya culture. Since 2007 we have held an internal competition to collect ideas for improvement among workers giving them voice and rewarding their ingenuity. This year the hotel Riviera awarded the following employees: Julie Taes (Receptionist), Mª Jesus Montero (Chambermaid) and Antonio Durán (Barman). The award ceremony was held during the Christmas dinner of employees held last Friday, December 16. The awards were given by the Director of the hotel (J.Miguel Bordera), accompanied by Juan Téllez (Head of Bars).
