Innovation is part of the MedPlaya culture. Since 2007 we have held an internal competition to collect ideas for improvement among workers giving them voice and rewarding their ingenuity. This year the hotel Riviera awarded the following employees: Julie Taes (Receptionist), Mª Jesus Montero (Chambermaid) and Antonio Durán (Barman).
