There is a large rock that connects the two beaches of Benidorm. Back in the fourteenth century, a construction was built which later became a fort. A fortress, with advantageous sea views, defended the people from pirate attacks and now, it has become a symbol of Benidorm. The “Balcón del Mediterráneo” or Balcony of the Mediterranean, also known as the Benidorm Castle, is the gateway to the blue paradise of the Costa Blanca.

A place to stop, rest, enjoy the sea breeze and lose sight of the blue sea. These spectacular views have become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Benidorm. The Balcony of the Mediterranean is the opportunity to discover the beach of Benidorm from another perspective, and it is not strange that this viewpoint is considered one of the best in Alicante.

We invite you to let yourself be seduced by the magic of the Mediterranean sea. Climb the colorful steps, walk through the floor mosaics and raise your head. The majesty of Poniente Beach, with its colorful waves and palm trees, and the greatness of Levante Beach, with its long walk, are more than privileged views for any lover of the sea and beauty.
