The Night of San Juan is celebrated in many parts of Spain but is especially popular on the Mediterranean coast. Here is celebrated as the shortest and most magical night of the whole year. It is said that the festival comes from a pagan tradition and celebrating the beginning of summer.

Noches de San JuanHere on the Costa del Sol, in the city of Fuengirola the festival last three days, from June 21 to June 23. Three days of activities and concerts with which the citizens and tourists celebrate the summer solstice.

This year among the scheduled activities are concerts of Ecos del Rocío Carrasco and Mary, and children’s party which will be held on Monday, 23.
